Dead PCB
Cooler won’t turn on at all. No lights, no beep. Often caused by voltage surge.
Remote Fail
Remote buttons work, but cooler doesn’t respond. Usually a faulty IR sensor on the PCB.
Speed Stuck
Fan runs only on High or only on Low. The speed relay or TRIAC has failed.
Touch Not Working
Touch panel buttons press automatically (Ghost Touch) or don’t respond to moisture.

Repair or Replace?
When the electronic brain of your cooler fails, you have three options:
1. Component Level Repair
If the issue is minor (blown fuse, burnt capacitor, faulty sensor), we repair the existing board. This is the cheapest option but depends on the extent of the damage.
2. Universal PCB Kit (Best Value)
If the original board is fried beyond repair, we install a “Universal Air Cooler PCB”. This kit comes with a new mainboard and a new remote. It works with 99% of coolers and is cheaper than original parts.
3. Manual Conversion
Fed up with electronics? We can remove the PCB entirely and install robust mechanical rotary switches (knobs). This removes the remote feature but makes the cooler bulletproof against voltage fluctuations.
