Duct Cleaning & Sanitization
We enter large ducts or use rotary brushes for smaller ones to remove years of dust. Includes anti-bacterial fogging.
Cooling Pad Replacement
We replace large banks of Honeycomb/Cellulose pads. We cut pads to custom sizes for older plants.
Canvas & Insulation Repair
Replacing torn canvas joints (which cause vibration leakage) and repairing damaged Nitrile/Thermocol insulation.
Plant Motor Repair
Rewinding of 3-Phase induction motors (Crompton/Siemens/Bharat Bijlee) and pulley alignment.
Technical Insight: Plant Efficiency
Static Pressure & Airflow
In ducting systems, Static Pressure is key. If your air grills (diffusers) have weak airflow, it’s often not the motor’s fault. It is usually due to leaks in the GI duct joints or a clogged pre-filter/pad. Our technicians use Anemometers to measure Air Velocity (CFM) at the grill and identify pressure drops.
Canvas Connection Importance
The connection between the heavy blower unit and the metal duct is made of a flexible Canvas Cloth. This absorbs the vibration of the machine. Over time, rats chew this canvas or it tears due to age. A torn canvas leads to massive air leakage in the plant room itself, wasting cooling. We replace this with heavy-duty, fire-retardant canvas.
Water Distribution
Central plants use large distribution headers. If these PVC pipes are blocked with algae, some pads remain dry while others flood. This results in hot air mixing with cool air. We perform chemical flushing of the entire distribution header to ensure even water flow over the entire pad surface area.

Ducting FAQ
How often should ducting cooler pads be changed?
For commercial use (running 10-12 hours/day), cellulose pads usually last 2-3 years. If you use bore water with high TDS, they may choke in 18 months.
There is a bad smell coming from the AC vents.
This indicates stagnant water or fungus in the sump tank. We recommend a complete “Tank Drain & Sludge Removal” service followed by anti-algae treatment.
