Large Space Venti-Cooling Repair
Is your Warehouse or Production Hall getting suffocatingly hot? We maintain high-capacity Venti-Cooling Systems (Cooling + Ventilation) to ensure fresh, cool air circulation in massive spaces.

What is Venti-Cooling?
It’s not just AC. It’s “Ventilation + Cooling” designed for spaces where doors remain open.
1. Fresh Air Intake
Large machines pull in 100% fresh outside air, filter it, and cool it through wet pads.
2. Displacement
The cool air pushes down the hot, stale air accumulated near the ceiling or machines.
3. Exhaust
Hot air is forced out through windows, doors, or exhaust fans, leaving only fresh cool breeze inside.
Spaces We Serve
Warehouses
Protecting stored goods from heat damage and keeping logistics staff comfortable.
Textile Mills
Maintaining humidity to prevent thread breakage while cooling workers.
Community Halls
Cooling large gatherings (Marriages/Events) where AC is too expensive.
Sports Complexes
Providing fresh oxygen-rich air for indoor sports arenas and gyms.
Specialized Repairs
High Static Fan Balancing
Venti-cooling fans are huge. We perform dynamic balancing to stop dangerous vibrations and reduce noise.
Pump & Nozzle Cleaning
Clearing blocked distribution nozzles is critical for large pads. We use chemical descaling to restore water flow.
Bulk Pad Replacement
Replacing 100mm/200mm thick cellulose pads for entire cooling banks to restore factory efficiency.
Variable Speed Drive (VFD)
We repair the control panels and VFDs that regulate fan speed based on temperature sensors.
The Physics of Venti-Cooling
Air Changes Per Hour (ACPH)
In a warehouse, merely blowing cold air isn’t enough. The hot air generated by machines or roof heat needs to be flushed out. We calculate the required ACPH (usually 15-20 times/hour for workshops) and ensure your fans are delivering that volume. If your plant is old, the fan RPM might have dropped, reducing ACPH and causing heat buildup.
Positive Pressure System
Venti-cooling creates Positive Pressure inside the building. This means air is constantly pushing out through any opening. This has a secondary benefit: Dust Proofing. Because air is pushing out, dust from outside cannot enter the warehouse. We seal leaks in your system to maintain this pressure.
Large Space FAQ
How often do large cellulose pads need changing?
In industrial environments with dust, they last about 3 years. With regular maintenance (cleaning/drying), they can last up to 5 years.
Our warehouse humidity is too high. Can you fix it?
High humidity means exhaust is insufficient. We can install additional roof extractors or turbo ventilators to pull out the moist air faster.
Do you service rooftop units?
Yes, our team is equipped with safety harnesses and ladders to service rooftop-mounted ducting units safely.
